Shipping
For UK delivery, we ship via Royal Mail/Parcel force. If you require extra insurance or a tracking
number, please let us know so we can arrange this for you for an additional
charge. Please ensure you have included
your full valid postcode as we cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped
to an incorrect address.
While we strive to offer same-day shipping on orders
received before
Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Friday.
Payments
We use Paypal's industry-leading secure system to process payments. You don't
need a Paypal account to pay this way. The system works just like any other
merchant payment system - simply enter your credit card details and submit your
payment.
Backorders
While we try to maintain a constant stock of all of our items, we do sometimes
run out. We will make every effort to update the site immediately to reflect
this, but occasionally, orders do slip through. If this should happen, we will
notify you by email or phone.
Privacy
Your personal information is kept confidential. We do not save or hold credit
card information. We do not share your information with any other party (except
carefully chosen couriers to deliver products where required).
Returns
If you're not delighted, send it back.
We will accept returns within 7 days of the original dispatch. We will happily refund the amount of purchase
less the cost of the original postage, provided the product has not been
damaged or consumed.
