Monday, 24 December 2007Merry Christmas!Christmas Eve, and I've been hard at work - this time, mixing up some special tablet to give as family gifts.Christmas is all about family, and I have to say I'm truly grateful to mine for all the help and encouragement they've given me this year, along with some fearless taste-testing of Fablet's increasingly fabulous home-made Scottish tablet. I've mixed up some batches of Vanilla along with some White Chocolate and Macadamia, individually labelled for each family member. Vanilla tablet is universally loved, and White Chocolate and Macadamia has proved one of our biggest hits this year - and the two flavours work really well together. The packages look lovely and the tablet itself tastes so nice I'm surprised I managed to leave enough to pack... Anyway, hope Santa's brought you all plenty of lovely things, and that you and yours are all safe, well and happy. A Merry Christmas to you all!
