New flavours
It's been pretty quiet on the blog front since the BBC Good Food Show Scotland. That doesn't mean I've been idle, though. Oh no. Quite the reverse, in fact. I've gone into restock-mode, thanks to that recent sell-out success, while also carrying out a bit of what might be called either research and development or, probably more accurately, 'messing about in the kitchen'. The result of these labours is that a few new flavours are ready to roll into our roster. I'll be revealing two of them in the very near future, with others to come in future months. All are guaranteed to make our celebrated Scottish butter tablet even tastier than ever. Fancy a few hints? Well, one will be our flavour of the month for December and is carefully themed to suit the month's festivities. No, it's not turkey flavour. Or Brussels Sprout. The other flavour is something I happen to think is more than a teensy bit special. It's strongly reminiscent of a little sugary sweet I loved as a kid, and I think I'm pretty safe in saying you won't ever have found this flavour combined with tablet before.
